Born and raised right here in Warner Robins, Becky Smart understands the heart of Middle Georgia like no other. Real estate isn’t just her profession; it’s a part of her story. With a legacy passed down from her grandmother, a respected Atlanta broker, Becky’s passion for property runs deep.
Her journey began with hands-on experience working for a local real estate attorney, where she learned about the intricacies of title work, closings, and the legal side of real estate. In 2016, Becky transitioned to helping clients directly as a Realtor, driven by a genuine desire to build relationships and guide families home. Joy Durden, Assistant
Joy, a born-and-raised Houston County resident, has always had a knack for helping people. Her journey began with 12 years in the medical field, where she honed her skills in compassion and detail. After seeking a change, she dove headfirst into the world of real estate.
For nearly six years, Joy served as a valuable administrative assistant within a local real estate team where she coordinated listings and handled marketing. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the market and a keen eye for what makes a home truly shine. It also sparked her passion for helping sellers present their properties in the best possible light.
Joy’s main focus is on building genuine connections with her clients. She believes in listening closely to their needs and working tirelessly to exceed their expectations. She loves getting creative with marketing, finding unique ways to showcase each home’s personality. Outside of work, Joy enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend and their four perfect rescue dogs. They’re often found exploring hiking trails and enjoying the beauty of nature. As a family of car enthusiasts, she enjoys attending car shows. And, of course, she looks forward to spending time with her business partner, Becky, whether they’re planning a trip to Disney World or simply enjoying a delicious lunch of empanadas.
